In studying my courses and doing research, I can't find much information on
sulpiride.  Why isn't it used very widely?  We use domperidone alot and the
US still uses Reglan.  But what are the dosages, risks, effects, etc. of this
other drug?  I've found it mentioned, but not examined in any information
I've come across.
