I've seen his several times. It seems to me that the extreme restlessness of the
mother that is caused by the hyperthyriod, could cause problems with MER. But
maybe there is something more physical involved.

In these cases the problems resolved after the thyroidlevels returned to normal.
Some of these women needed to supplement, and returned to exclusive breastfeeding
afterwards.
