While not in the immediate Boston/Prov area, Dr. Cliff O'Callahan is DEFINATELY
worth the 2hr drive.  I made the drive with my grandson and DIL when he was 
2 weeks old. His compassion and skill may be unmatched :-)

That said I do have a list of practioners in the Boston Area that have some experience
with tongue ties (not sure about posterior or more involved cases).  The list was up to
date as of April 2010.
