Pat, the baby has Pierre Robin Sequence including cleft palate  - he is being bottle fed expressed breast milk. The mother has since started adding formula to her breastmilk (I believe he wouldn't take in any more quantity) and his weight gain has increased.

I am looking for information in particular about weight gain for surgery and fortifying for older babies,
