Dear Gloria,

I had a similar pattern of amenorrhea when breastfeeding my three
children with return of menses at 20months, and 18 months, 16 months.

I had a OB/ gyn tell me that I was probably ovulating all along just not
getting my period.  I asked then where did the eggs go??  He said they
get reabsorbed!  I never went back to that doc.  I feel
mettelsmertz(sp?)among other symptoms and know when I  am ovulating.

I get upset when professionals disregard this very effective, ecological
form of family planning.
