Kellie, the textbook that has a study guide is Riordan and Auerbach's
Breastfeeding and Human Lactation.

Okay, y'all, raise your hands - how many felt truly "ready" to take the
exam?  There is a test anxiety that leads to feelings of unreadiness, a
little chink in the self-confidence.  Most people have that to some
degree.  It sounds like you are taking all the steps necessary to be
fully prepared.  I believe that's the best any of us can do.
