I am a working and pumping mom, not a health professional.  When I pump I
leave the bottles hooked to the flanges all day sitting on my desk and
attach them to my breasts when I need to pump.  I do not clean the parts in
between sessions and I do not refrigerate the milk or even cap it.  I have
not had any spoilage.  I have heard one woman say that she had to
refrigerate her milk immediately or it spoiled.  Not me.
