I spoke at the summit on the Europe panel as a non-HCP mother-support counselor exam candidate. 

Most of the world cannot access the Health Science prerequisites outside of the US because the IBLCE course list is based on the US college system - other countries do not have universities that sell the individually packaged single subject courses that IBLCE requires. 

Many participants at the summit mentioned that IBLCE should think about that "I" for international.
