Lachlan calls all breasts "milk" : in an anatomy textbook he saw a nude male and nude female and pointed to the female's breasts and the male's nipples, saying "milk there, and milk there"....if he sees mine randomly when he's not nursing, like when I'm putting on or taking off a shirt or bra, he says "Hi milk!!" or "I wanna see milk".... he saw a very large-breasted woman and said, in that cute toddler voice, "biiiiiiiiig milk" :-D
look at this photo at the bottom of the homepage for the tv show "desperate housewives" where the tv show's stars appear to be topless and you can imagine you see cleavage, behind a border of apples http://abc.go.com/primetime/desperate/index?pn=index. 
as he pointed to each actress, he announced, "milk, milk, milk, milk, and milk, and apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple, apple."
