I have a mother who is 27 days postpartum and stuggling to increase her milk supply.  She has been pumping 8x/day since the delivery of her 30 week baby.  I gave her information on meds and herbs.  At this time she has been taking Fenugreek 3 tabs 3 times a day along with Blessed Thistle 1 tab 3 times a day.  She has been on the herbs for 5 days and has not noticed a change in her supply nor any smell of maple in her urine or sweat.
My thoughts are that the Fenugreek is no good.
Can anyone with some insight to this email me personally because I would like to give her an answer soon.
