In reference to the post by Linda Jerome, I have recently had a mother with
the same complaints:  breastmilk that was "clumpy", not after sitting, but
directly from the breast-she said you could hear it "plop" into the bottle
when she pumped.  This infant was vomiting bm feeds, but retaining abm.  I got
no clue on this one from any questioning of the mother.  Does anyone have any
answers here??
