Several years ago I spoke to Sue Hummel, IBCLC at Lansinoh Labs about
the issue of using purified lanolin on nipples with thrush, and she said
they were finding in their internal research that putting the lansinoh
on the breast immediately after the prescription antifungal cream seemed
to speed resolution of the yeast.  I don't know if this research was
ever peer reviewed and published.
