some one posted about a mix that a midwife gave her with good results,
icluded alfalfa, marshmallow, fennel, blessed thistle, blue vervain. I do a
lot with herbs, in my work blue vervain or vervain is a nervine, sedative,
anti spasmotic, but it contains cardiac glycosides that have been identified.
It has a traditional use as a hepatic support in inflammation of hte
galbladder and in jaundice. according to al my books it is a POSSIBLE (not
shouting just emphasis) lactagogue.

Unless you really know what you are suggesting, go with the basics and get
reliable sources.
