I just thought I would post a bit of practical experience in regards to the
use of doxycycline should any of your clients need to use it.  One of the
side effects is nausea and vomiting, which I experienced first hand in
India when I was taking it for malaria prevention.  I would be down to the
dry heaves within 15 minutes of taking the drug.   I completely and totally
eliminated this side effect by making sure I ALWAYS took it after eating a
FULL meal.
