I should clarify.  Since the baby, in those circumstances, is in fact
NOT drowning in breastmilk I can only conclude or suspect that this is a
less-than-effective nurser.  He's nursing - really nursing - for an
hour?  Why isn't he drowning in breastmilk, then?  That's my point.
Because she would have made a ton of milk in that time if the child knew
what he was doing.

In my opinion, of course....
