Thinking it over, I think it is obvious that ILCA would not be the company
that hired GDS to do this survey. Why would ILCA pay money to an outside
company to survey its own members, and then give $1 back to itself? Would
it need to bribe its own member to answer a survey???

That said, some other company has hired GDS to survey ILCA members. You
might want to know who this company is, to decide whether you wanted to
assist them in selling their products.

As a former sales and marketing professional, I would advise that if the
survey was being conducted by a company whose products you don't want to
support (ie AIM), then you do not participate in the survey. Any
information, to them, is useful. If the company has products you DO want to
support (pumps, perhaps), then your information may help them devise better
products, and more likely, more effective ways to market them.
