Hi All,
Having persuaded my manager that we should apply for a grant to fund
outpt followup care in our area (rural, covering two different states,
large percentage of migrant and low income Moms) we discover the
application has to be completed and submitted by Oct 1!  She is very
willing to put this thing together, but has asked me to gather
pertinent, current data showing the need and benefits.  Does anyone have
suggestions for bibliography data of the heavy artillary nature?  We
would love to be able to do something on the line of a mobile unit.
