Hi again

First of all, thank you for the replies I have received on past posts. I
need your help again. Please respond to me and the list as I don't have a
chance to check Lactnet on a regular basis.

I have a mother to be at 30 weeks gestation who had a kidney transplant
about 7 years ago. She is on cyclosporine. The AAP contraindicates it but
anecdotal evidence indicates that children of women who have breastfed
while taking  Cyclosporine had no adverse side effects. I searched the
archives and found 4 references but the most recent one is in 2003 and all
the others are 1997 and 1998. I have been on Tom Hales Website and have his
information. Does anyone have any recent experience with a mother on
immunosuppressants?
