I would say better for her not to receive one at all.  We might lose a few
mothers this way right now.  But we'll move faster toward *appropriate
pumps AND education* for all women if we don't settle for a move that the
formula company clearly feels will increase, not decrease, formula sales in
the long run.  Their goals and ours are just not compatible.
