Mom wants to readjust her clock so wants to take melatonin. Tablets
are 1 mg but she plans to take less- approximately a quarter of an
unscored tablet. The nursling is the same age as mine, (about 21
months) and nurses bedtime, during the night, early morning and
naptime with random occasions for comfort during the day. Will this
cause a problem with her supply, which she reports as excellent? Will
it pass through the breastmilk? Cause problems with the baby? Does
it work? The mom also suffers depression but is well controlled with
an SSRI, but I don't recall which. I read my husband's bottle of
melatonin and it cautions wrt depression, but is that just overkill?

Does anyone have experience with Siberian Gingsing, which I heard
today may have the same "readjustment" benefits?
