One thought, depending on how "efficient" she is at positioning both babies
together and then getting relaxed herself  maybe she's getting a tension
headache?
Either because she's not positioning very well or perhaps that by the end of
the day the stress of putting them both on at the same time (if the mother
perceives this as difficult or uncomfortable) eventually causes a tension
headache?
