I'm calling for help!
I'm working with a very dedicated mom of 4 week old. Baby has latched on
occasionally but not with good effective sucking and has difficulty
maintaining a sustained latch. Mom has fingerfed for 4 weeks, is pumping
diligently and supply is good. Tried SNS at the breast but truly feel this is
an issue of mechanics/ anatomy being the problem. Baby has a receeding chin.
Talked to her about jaw support, dancerhand position. What else would help?
