I think I would remind them all that gifts to docs/providers from
pharmaceutical companies, and these relationships are being heavily studied
in terms of ethics these days.

As I recall, didn't some federal body of people just issue some sort of
guidelines? Wasn't the supreme court looking at this recently (Do an archive
search) Some states are even passing legislation. If the relationships at
your facility are not yet under review, they soon will be.

Perhaps that second link will help you support your case, although it
applies more to pharmaceuticals than formula.

Ethics and integrity WILL prevail - it is just a question of when. Keep
