I'm looking for information on different nipples/pacifiers you guys use in your hospitals if they are other than Ross.  We have a level one nursery but are taking care of 34 weekers on up who require O2 by hood, antibiotics or just need time to transition and grow.  We cup feed babies but some don't do well with it and the recent JHL article on cupfeeding was interesting.  The standard nipples flow so fast, even the premie ones.  There is a NICU at the hospital across town who bottle feed all their babies with little direct breastfeeding while there.  Those moms are calling all the time asking for help with latching.  Anybody use anything different?
