I also meant to mention in my previous post a side effect of the SJW that
could be positive for some moms, but wasn't for me.  I found that while
taking it my let down was way too strong, it is normal usually, not too
fast or slow for my baby.  Every time my milk would let down it would cause
her to gag and sputter, usually several times per feeding.  I also
experienced spraying and leaking for the first time in all of my
breastfeeding experience, and haven't experienced it again since stopping
taking it?  Just coincidence? I don't think so.  I didn't notice an
increase in my milk supply, just in the let down.
