A client states that she is having some bruising appear on her areola.  The
baby has been nursing for 6 months without significant problems.  Mom sleeps
with baby and nurses mostly at night.  She mostly bottlefeeds during the day.
She is not using a pump or hand expressing breastmilk.  She does not wear
breast shells.  There is no pain while nursing.  Baby is not biting.  Any
ideas?
