Hello Lactnetters!
Doctor Thomas Hale, and or anyone…..HELP!!!!!
This is my first post.  
Have a mom post delivery 5 days, BF from delivery to engorgement this AM.
Mom contacted MD who prescribed Parlodel.  She took one tablet and now
wishes to continue breastfeeding.  My question is:  How long does she need
to pump and dump to maintain milk supply and keep baby safe before returning
to BF??
