And Melissa, did you let the pediatrician know why you left that practice?
It's not too late.

To give some pediatricians (and others) the benefit of the doubt, some don't
know what's being given out in their offices.  The stuff gets left off with
the office secretary and s/he gives them out.  This is not a good excuse,
but some pediatricians don't know what's going on in front of their noses.

I remember once coming to the child health unit where I work to find two
cases of formula there.  They were delivered to a pediatrician who has
nothing to do with children under a year, most of her patients being at
least 2 or 3 years old. When I finally got to the manager of Ross, he said
that the stuff was almost outdated, so they thought they would send it down.
Nobody had asked for it, and if I hadn't noticed, maybe some of the formula
would have been put in a bin of "free samples".

So do let the doctors know, and maybe they will do something about the
situation.
