safer than most, and I believe it. But my Ford will have to do - all my
family have them anyway and no ones ever been hurt. It is a nice car too,
and it gets me whee I want to go, etc.

the only thing that doesn't work about these analogies when used for
comparison to bf v ffing is that we are almost all of us born with volvos in our drivew
ays and fully paid scholarships to the ivy league college of our choice in
our lockboxes when it comes to bfing! most moms already HAVE the very best for
their babies right at their bosom! it doesn't cost extra money or effort like
that better car or school. to use your analogy accordingly you would have to
say it's like being able to attend an ivy league school 100% for free yet still
opting for the local community college and paying full tuition, books, etc...
and being given that volvo (i hope it was at least the sportier 2 door - that
one is the most attractive, i think!) brand sparkling new for free and sending
it off to the scrapyard in favor of buying a yugo and paying for all the
repairs year after year.

and this is exactly what boggles my mind. that reasonable rational capable
mothers (too mad to even give them commas today - also had my fair share
yesterday) would be able to fly in the face of logic so blithely. and i KNOW they
love their babies beyond all reason, i never question that. if i could assess
precisely what the obstacle really is, i would strangle it with my bare hands.
i'm talking about the moms who you've worked very hard to educate who
consciously choose to disregard and downplay the information and fit formula feeding
into their lifestyle. they spend more time and effort and have more concern
looking into the warranties on their entertainment center equipment or purchasing
their vehicles. or even in having their carseats inspected! why not bfing?
-that's rhetorical, i already know all the answers, i hear them every week.
