Kathleen,
It won't help you this time, but anyone who is planning a conference might
look into tucking an hour or so of E-cerps into their conferences. That
would give us all our 5 E's in 5 years, right?
The kicker on this one, though, is that it's hard to come up with those
hours. Our VLCA (www.vlca.org) (Vermont) conference committee tried this and
we only managed to come up with two presentations in five years! (I know - I
went to the JHL site to get my extra for this year's recert.)
I just read a great article on boundaries for nurses, and I"m working on a
presentation that would explore our own LC challenges with this one. In my
experience we all say "Well, my baby...." if we're not very careful!
