How about "Promo Pacs"?  Catchy I think!

And those of us living in frozen parts of the country who are so
inclined may wish to change the pronounciation of the second term to
"Promo Pucks" (hockey, you know... and a better use of them, I think)
OR, aternatively, those of us who wish to convey our feelings about the
people who provide these may call them "Promo Pu-es", OR...

In Central PA, where it is so cold and windy that the 4 or 5 inches of
snow we had on the ground has now all blown into *my* driveway- from all
