I suspect this child is yearning to suckle a lot, but can't without getting
overfull from an overproducing mom.  Solutions that occur to me include
using a pacifier while cuddling, or donating pumped milk so baby gets to
suckle on an emptier breast more often (which may only increase supply too
much, but who knows what this mom may think is workable for her).
