I would like to thank Cathy Fetherston for her wise comments re:
Prescriptive advice. I find that when professionals to give advice that is
generalized, it can  prevent the mother from recognizing that there is a
wide variation. The best information is tailored to a specific mother's
needs, based on good lactation science, and closely followed up. Cookbook
answers often make a poor "soup."
