I too succumbed to the thought that MY milk, that wonderful stuff, would be
helpful/curative to a poor stranded little baby bunny I found one day, 15
years ago. Well, the bunny died a horrible death while the human baby,
whose species matched the milk, thrived. Maybe the bunny would have died
anyway but... what hubris to think that bunnies or any other non human
mammal would do any better on my milk than my son would have done on cow's milk!
