I was interested in the brief mention of the relationship between sore bottoms
and sore nipples (mom unable to position herself well due to discomfort),
since I have also found a connection and have had several instances of it
lately, with healing of nipples occurring as bottom is healing and  correct
positioning becomes easier.  I have found that with telephone follow-up, if
the mom complains of sore nipples it is useful to ask about status of her
