I'm wondering if anyone has any hints to pass on about encouraging clients
to return breast pumps on time. Even though I clearly state when the pump
is due, give a hand out explaining my fee structure including late fees and
the due date, and verbally explain all this, I still have to call people to
remind them their pumps are due. Then they balk at paying late fees.

If anyone else has had better luck than I, please let me know how you do
it! Private email please.

TIA.
