Rarely does an author have complete control over who buys her book.  I'd bet
that Ms Huggins "hates" that it's in there...however it's a good book, has
good answers and good information in it.  At risk of bringing on the flames,
it's a whole lot better than a formula company "produced" book.  I'm thinking
that there could be worse things in that bag and that Ms. Huggins should not
be held responsible for who buys her book and what they do with it.

I'm writing a cookbook and have "orders" for about 20.  I'm not planning on
publishing it in the true sense so don't have to worry about Emeril buying
one and misusing one of my recipes!  (ha ha)
