Dear Frustrated, you have to enlist the moms!  get them to write notes of
appreciation for help or how they would have liked a few more (or any )
minutes with you.  Do a satisfaction survey.  Get the parents on the band
wagon.

Maternity services "sell" hospitals.  It is usually a family's first entry
into the health system, then when they need care for the appendix or
pneumonia or whatever, they go back to "their" hospital where they had the
babies.  And you'd better believe that hospitals know this and patient
satisfaction with maternity care is high on the "do" list!  Sincerely, Pat
