I think someone else mentioned this. Each case must be evaluated
separately. I don't usually see babies from the beginning few days all the
way through the first year....rarely, in fact.  If a baby drops off the %
curve dramatically, I would think it would be a reason to look again and
make sure all is well.  Babies growth slow down a bit as he moves through
the first year.... and Karleen was right. Growth charts can be used to
torture mothers. I meant that they can be used to get a ballpark to make
sure that more attention is given if needed.
