Rhoda Taylor so truly writes:

And, Ruthy, when she is the "less than perfect" LC,  she will also reflect
on YOU.  "Well, she trained with Ruthy, so Ruthy must have thought she was
good, so it makes me wonder about Ruthy too...."

If you believed in her, felt she would do a wonderful job and only needed
some "hands on" to finish her training then I would go for it.  As none of
these are true in this case, I would respectfully decline to help her.
