While reading the post (excerpts above) I thought the information would be  
suited to the letter someone is writing to WIC to outline benefits/cost saving  
of breastfeeding and also to include in any letters one might write to the TX 
 legislators who will vote on the "no promotion of ABM by HCPs" bill this  
session.
 
BTW: aren't there other states also considering similar bills this  session?
