Subject: Internships

I am the coordinator of a community hospital based lactation program. We do about 130 births per month and have a 98% breastfeeding rate. We are looking at starting an internship program for Lactation Consultants. I would love to hear from anyone who is doing this regarding what you charge and any advice you would like to share, what works, what you would have done differently if you could, highs, lows.
