The following idea is just a joke but could be tempting.
For all those incorrect pump and dump cases, just have the mom breastfeeding then place the baby in a car seat or front facing in a sling. This is to crunch the knees up toward the chest and increase intra-abdominal pressure. Then pat the baby's back to induce reflux. After baby spits up say "He spit up the bad milk with the drug in it, whats left in his stomach is good milk."
