on the fly-  I think this study was mentioned in an e-mail update from Baby-Friendly UK, and if so you'll be able to track it down at their website, have not got the URL at hand, Google 'baby-friendly UK' and you'll get there fast.
Another reason not to buy into all the pump-hawking hype from the gadget freaks who like to find new ways to get parents to part with their cash...
