The long half-life is immaterial with a one time dose.

The real issue would be chronic dosing while breastfeeding, where with the long half-life, the drug could start accumulating over time in the breastfed child to produce possible toxicity at some point.

There is no need to pump and dump or wait three to six days to resume breastfeeding.

Of course, as with any drug, monitor the breast fed child for any possible side effects.
