Laura,
About 3 months of age is a typical time for babies for whom feeding is
uncomfortable to stop feeding, or stop feeding well enough to continue
growth. Sucking becomes less reflexive and more voluntary around this
time, and babies who are not happy at breast will sometimes choose to
eat the bare minimum, or even not at all.
Some issues that might be responsible:
swallowing issues- aspiration, difficulty controlling swallowing or
coordinating it with breathing (will be harder to detect now that mom's
milk supply has dropped, but could be responsible for the baby not
wanting to use the sns).
GER or other source of gastrointestinal pain.
respiratory issues- laryngomalacia, tracheomalacia, velopharyngeal
insufficiency (look for stridor or harsh respiratory sounds, short
sucking bursts, worse performance when milk flow is highest).
cardiac issues- some are subtle and only affect the baby during stress
or aerobic exercise, which feeding is.

A healthy baby does not allow itself to lose weight. Something is up
here, please keep digging until someone finds it.
