Pennsylvania); Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital (Lebanon, New
Hampshire); Miles Memorial Hospital (Damariscotta, Maine); MidMichigan
Regional Medical Center (Midland, Michigan); Franciscan Hospital-Mt.
Airy Campus, MOM Center (Cincinnati, Ohio); and Goleta Valley Cottage
