Just a quick addit to my last post about formula feeding.  Our policy is
also that the formula feeding mothers make up all their own formula
(brought in by them), wash and sterilise (our) bottles and teats and
certainly get up through the night to attend to their own babies needs.
The babies all room-in - we don't have a 'well baby' nursery.
