I used to buy them at the local pharmacy/medical equipment agency in a nearby
town. Call around and ask pharmacists or DME stores if you can order them. I
also used to get peridontal (curved tip) syringes very inexpensively. There
is a good picture of a "non commercial" lactation aid in Jack Newman's book
