Sure, with gels and foams you can squish them into nooks and crannies.  
But wipes are a totally different animal--they are too bulky to 
reliably get everywhere.  I guess it would be worthwhile if a working 
mom didn't have a fridge to put the pump in, but I can't imagine 
trusting them for everyday cleaning unless there was soap and water 
involved in the evenings.
